Adv. Kobi Hattan main area of practice is Employment Law, and he represents both Israeli and foreign clients.

Kobi regularly advises his clients, employers and employees, in the wide variety of issues in the field of Labor Law, including representation of employers and employees in Labor Courts; Legal counsel and opinions; Negotiation and authorship of employment contracts and collective agreement.

Kobi also provides consultation and accompaniment for employers and employees in hearings prior to termination; Sexual harassment proceedings; Disciplinary proceedings and all other aspects of employment

Kobi also lectures regularly to employers, senior management, human resources managers and in professional conferences.

Earlier in his legal career, Kobi practiced employment law at Feinberg & Co., at Goshen-Sigal Law Office and until recently at Tadmor & Co. Yuval Levy & Co. Law Firm.

Kobi provides his services in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
